Carl Zeiss SMT Renews Lease at One Corporation Way, Centennial Park, Peabody

Combined Properties, Inc. recently announced that Carl Zeiss NTS, LLC, a pioneer in electron and ion beam microscopes, has renewed its lease at One Corporation Way, Centennial Park, Peabody, MA for 43,496 square feet. One Corporation Way has served as Carl Zeiss SMT’s North American headquarters since 2007.

Combined Properties Buys 17 Centennial Drive in Peabody, MA For $2.0 Million

July 2010:

Combined Properties, Inc., announced today that it has acquired the 47,994-square-foot Class-A medical and office building at 17 Centennial Drive in Centennial Park, Peabody, MA for $2.0 million. Seller TD Bank was represented by Brecht Palombo of Tranzon Auction Properties, and Combined Properties represented itself. The property is the former home of the Mass General/ North Shore Cancer Center and is being offered for lease by Combined Properties.
